Harish is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of entrepreneurial, investment banking and private equity experience, with a strong network of relationships with business families, sovereign wealth funds, intermediaries and private wealth networks in Asia.
Till early 2016, he was Managing Director of DBS Group, where he was responsible for the Private Equity business and its merchant banking subsidiary IB Asia (in partnership with prominent Middle East investors). Instrumental in originating and structuring investments that have been recognized in the industry and delivered solid returns.
Experience
Before this, he was Managing Director of Lazard Asia, where he was Head of South East Asia with additional responsibility for the Technology & Media sectors in Asia. Before Lazard, Harish founded Beacon Advisory as a quality Asian boutique advisory and investment firm, working with exciting growth companies and global majors. Harish had previously worked with international investment banks Deutsche Bank and Jardine Fleming/JP Morgan in various corporate finance roles in Asia.
Currently sits on several boards and funds in Asia, was previously Chairman of an SGX listed civil engineering company.
Harish has a Bachelors in Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
Over the last 20 years, he has led several strategic investments into start-ups and SMEs and acquired international operating companies and assets in multi-million-dollar international deals. Total deals transacted are valued well over a billion US dollars.

Head Business Dev & Planning, ST Electronics: Responsible for group business development, M&As & planning during its formative growth into a billion-dollar, international ICT & engineering company, pioneering new growth areas, e.g. intelligent transportation systems, RFID solutions, and serving on the board of companies spanning transport software & systems, communication switches, training simulation & instrumentation, digital visualisation-gaming & education, data centres, etc.
A global investment professional with over 25 years of experience in venture capital, asset management and alternative investments. Responsible for building and managing numerous businesses within large global financial institutions.
Ken is an associate at the Singapore office of SBP. He has had past experience in the private equity space working with family offices and growth-focused funds. Ken is passionate for the Technology sector, particularly in the areas of E-sports and Gaming.
Ken enjoys most of his free time among friends whether it be late-night suppers or overnight LAN gaming sessions.
He graduated from Monash University Australia in 2019 with a Masters of Banking & Finance and also holds a Diploma in Game & Entertainment Technology from Temasek Polytechnic where his interest in Technology and Gaming took flight.

Eugene is a passionate business builder with a track record of developing consumer-driven technology business. After a career in Hewlett Packard, he founded SurfGold Asia’s premier loyalty marketing/solution business that was eventually acquired by Accor Services.
He is currently COO of GoGOVan (Asia’s leading on-demand logistics service provider).
Yap Lian Seng has had more than 25 years of professional legal experience. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisition. Lian Seng was a founding director of Stamford Law Corporation. Lian Seng was named a Leading Lawyer in the Capital markets and Corporate Finance areas in publications such as AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers and was a lead counsel in the restructuring of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Limited which won the “Singapore Restructuring Deal of the Year” award at the Asian Legal Business Awards.
Lian Seng is currently the Managing Director of Zico Insights Law.
Manish is an experienced energy professional with significant experience across the Coal and Gas sector. Manish holds a BA (Economics) from Delhi University and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Before joining Nobel, he was with BHP Billiton.
He was the Global head of Energy, Coal & LNG, Nobel Group.
Naveen is an industry veteran in the technology and telecom sector. Over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Channels and Business Development. Strong technical background in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Naveen has founded 2 start-ups and is an active investor.
He is currently Managing Director, APAC of Ixia Solutions Group.
Pallavi is a finance professional with varied experience which includes corporate finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, investment management, business and commercial analysis as well as business development over the past 14 years. She has worked with internationally reputed companies namely Morgan Stanley, Bharti Airtel and Babcock & Brown.
Pallavi has worked with start-ups and had founded her own business which had achieved break-even before she wound it up. She thrives on challenges and enjoys reading and travelling.
She has completed her MBA (Finance – Gold Medalist) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, India. She has a B.Com (Hons), from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
Vivek is an associate in the Bangalore office where he focuses on building synergy between our portfolio companies while also assisting the Singapore team in running transactions.
Prior to joining SBP, Vivek had worked in companies like Amazon while he also had experiences with two ed-tech startups in Singapore and Australia respectively.
In his spare time, Vivek runs a community on Instagram that aims to generate an informed global dialogue on sustainability. He also loves to gym and watch sports and is a big fan of Liverpool football club. He was nominated to be the class ambassador for his cohort by NUS.
He graduated from NUS Singapore in 2018, where he was the head of marketing for the CEMS Club. Vivek also holds a master’s degree in international management from CEMS where his host colleges were HEC Paris and The University of Sydney.

Jeremy is a part-time analyst at SBP and has had past experience in the venture capital space working with Singaporean and Japanese start-ups. As a finance and technology professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Information Systems from Singapore Management University, Jeremy had won the Singapore championship of J.P.Morgan Code for Good Hackathon. He is passionate about Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector.
Maggie is a part-time analyst at SBP. She has completed her Bachelor's degree at Hong Kong University and is currently taking courses as an MSc Finance student at NUS. She has experience in equity research and in-house consulting services in the leading technology firm in China. Her interest areas are technology, media, and consumer goods. In her spare time, Maggie is keen on Jazz dancing and singing, and gave several public performances during her undergraduate time.
Anoushka Parameswar is an intern at SBP. She is a rising sophomore at Emory University considering a double major in French and Psychology. Her interest in the business & financial world stems from her realization that psychology plays a major role in markets and in cultivating/maintaining business relationships. During the 2020 United States election cycle, she interned for a congressional campaign where she spent many hours phone banking and volunteer recruiting. Besides her academic interests in psychology and French, Anoushka is passionate about creating music and analyzing its impact on people.
